We want you to be 100% satisfied with our hosting. If you're not, request a refund within the eligible window — no questions asked.
1. Refund Window
- 30 days on Starter, Premium plans, Cloud Startup & Cloud Professional.
- 45 days on Business plan and Cloud Enterprise plan.
- Pro-rata refund on any unused months when you cancel after the money-back window.
2. Non-refundable Items
- Domain name registration fees — domains are non-refundable once registered (as per ICANN policy).
- SSL certificate purchases (free SSL remains free).
- Setup, migration & administrative fees (we don't charge these — but if a partner does, they are non-refundable).
- Add-on services (premium emails, dedicated IP, white-glove migration).
3. How to Request a Refund
- Open a ticket from your client area or email [email protected].
- Provide your order reference, reason for refund (optional) and preferred refund method.
- We process refunds within 7-10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer to your registered account).
4. Conditions
- Only the original account holder may request refunds.
- Refunds for fraudulent activity, AUP violations or chargebacks may be denied.
- If domain was registered using a refunded hosting credit, domain cost (₹699 for .com etc.) is deducted.
5. Service Credits (SLA)
If we breach our 99.99% uptime SLA, you receive automatic account credits as per our SLA agreement.
