These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NetYatri's web & cloud hosting services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
NetYatri provides shared web hosting, managed cloud hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates and related services. We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime as defined in our SLA.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must be 18 years or older to purchase our services.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, illegal content and abuse of system resources.
4. Payment & Billing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise noted.
- Prices displayed on the website are final — there are no hidden fees.
- Payment is due in advance for the chosen term (1, 2 or 3 years).
- Hosting is activated within 30 minutes of payment verification.
- Renewals are billed 7 days before expiry. Auto-renewal can be disabled from the client area.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
30 days on Starter, Premium plans and Cloud Startup/Professional. 45 days on Business and Cloud Enterprise plans. Refunds exclude domain registration, SSL purchases and add-on services. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our AUP, fail to pay or pose a security threat. We will give 24-hour notice before suspension (except in security emergencies).
7. Data Backups
While we maintain daily backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss arising from third-party actions, hacking, force majeure or your own actions.
8. Intellectual Property
The NetYatri brand, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to content you host on our servers.
9. Limitation of Liability
NetYatri's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NetYatri against any third-party claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
